MICROCAPSULE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule and a production method which enable the production thereof regardless of water or oil solubility of core materials. SOLUTION: The microcapsule herein provided contains a core material and an enterally soluble anionic cellulose derivative and a cationic polymer crosslinking agent. The production method is for the microcapsule containing the core material and the enterally soluble anionic cellulose derivative and the cationic polymer cross linking agent. The mural material is formed by mixing an alkaline aqueous solution of the enterally soluble anionic cellulose derivative indicating the pH near the dessociation point of the enterally soluble cellulose derivative with an acid aqueous solution of the cationic polymer crosslinking agent and a coacervation is performed.
