<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waste treatment facilities suitable for means for fermenting and decomposing a large quantity of wastes to recover compost or decreasing the waste volume or eliminating the wastes. SOLUTION: The waste treatment facilities comprise an automated warehouse provided with shelves for storing box type pallets 2 storing objects to be treated such as wastes or the like to carry out fermentation and decomposition and transporting in and out apparatus for the pallets 2 and each of the pallets 2 comprises a pallet main body composed of a bottom frame 21 and four side frames 22a-22d all having mesh structure, lining materials 25a and 25b lining all of the bottom frame 21 and four side frames 22a-22d. The lining material 25a for the bottom frame 21 is a material having an air permeating property and a water absorbing property while preventing the objects to be treated and the lining material for the four side frames 22a-22d is a material having at least an air permeating property.</p> |
