PURPOSE: A fine adjustment apparatus of an optical device is provided to improve the accuracy of adjustment by employing a structure providing an ease fixing after the fine adjustment. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(35) supports an optical device(33) and rotates in right and left directions. A bracket(31) is connected to the base plate(35) so as to rotate. A spring(32) is provided between the base plate(35) and the bracket(31) and gives an elastic force to the base plate(35). A control unit(34) is installed on the base plate(35) and interferes the bracket(31) to control a relative position of the optical device(33) to the bracket(31). A coupling hole is provided on an upper portion and a lower portion of the base plate(35).
