PURPOSE: A method for supporting duplexing of an OS(Operating System) on an asynchronous 3G(Generation) system is provided to implement the duplexing of the using OS by adding a duplexing support module to a conventional OS not supporting the duplexing. CONSTITUTION: At the OS duplexed by a standby and an active mode, application tasks are stored in a synchronous writing memory region in order to make the standby mode operate the system(S100). The application tasks stored in the synchronous writing memory region are generated(S200). A RAM drive region is secured in a memory drive region and the corresponding image is duplicated to the RAM drive(S300). The duplexing support module is executed at a start of the OS(S400).
