PURPOSE: A portable information terminal mounting a touch sensor array thereon is provided to configure a human skin contact-type touch switch array on an existing terminal keypad, so as to control a cursor on a screen without contacting an additional device with the terminal. CONSTITUTION: Hinge parts(11,13) connect a body(15) and a folder(17) mechanically to open and close the folder(17) from the body(15). A keypad(19) in which a plurality of keys(7) are arranged is installed in the body(15). A microphone(5) is installed in a lower part of the keypad(19). The folder(17) includes a speaker(9) and a display part(3) for displaying each display information and video information. The keys(7) arranged on the keypad(19) have respective touch sensors on upper parts thereof and allow a microprocessor inside a portable phone to recognize the contract of user fingers, to control and display the movement of a cursor(1) on the display part(3).
