A transparent mounting sheet (2) comprising an acrylic adhesive layer (6) laminated on one surface of the core material(4) of a plastic film and a silicone rubber sheet (7) laminated on a primer treated surface (5) formed by being primer−treated on the other surface, is bonded to the entire rear surface of a transparent touch panel (1) by means of the acrylic adhesive layer, and the transparent touch panel provided with the mounting sheet is mounted on the surface of a display (3).
