Further, of the cylindrical side surface of the shaft member 80, at least a portion where the ink liquid 31 is stored is made transparent, and the valve member 50 is positioned between the storing section for the ink liquid 31 and the coloring agent 20 and, for the storing section for the ink liquid 31, it has a pressure control section 60 for preventing an increase or decrease in the pressure in the storing section.
