PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolved-ozone concentration meter whose structure can be simplified, which can be manufactured at low costs, in which there is no fear that impurities are eluted from a packing inside a cell and which does not require an interference filter. SOLUTION: The dissolved-ozone concentration meter is provided with a light source 1 which emits light having a wavelength near 290 nm, a flexible tube 2 composed of a material transmitting the light, a transmitted-light detector 3 which receives the light transmitted inside the tube 2 and a reference-light detector 4 which receives the light directly without being passed inside the tube 2.
