PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gage lead terminal board and a base material fixing structure of the terminal board, capable of preventing a bonded part with the base material from exfoliating or scattering even in a place having a high temperature or a high pressure such as a turbine moving blade, a stationary blade and a combustor of a gas turbine, and having no generation possibility of a disconnection defect of a lead wire. SOLUTION: In this base metal fixing structure of the gage lead terminal board 2A formed by providing a lead terminal part for connecting the lead wire on the upper surface of a base material, a stainless steel foil 11, a stainless steel mesh foil, or a base foil made of another metal mesh is used as the base material, and the base foil 11 is fixed to the base material 6 by spot welding 14, and a copper lead terminal foil 12 is stuck by an insulating polyimide-based adhesive.
