PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense polished clean balls to players. SOLUTION: When currencies are thrown into a currency slot, a controller 8 works to drive a ball output body 6 and a polisher 5, and balls reach the polisher 5 from an upper ball path 2 to be polished with the polisher 5. The balls thus polished are dispensed toward a ball discharge port 10 from a lower ball path 3 and a ball detector 7 outputs signals of the balls detected to the controller 8 which counts up the ball detection signals. When the counts reach the number of balls to be dispensed corresponding to a signal of the money thrown, the controller 8 stops the ball output body 6 and the polisher 5.
