PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soft-capsule for common cold containing ibuprofen dissolved by dissolving ibuprofen, the second medicine and a specific surfactant in water, excellent in absorption of the medicines, keeping ibuprofen stable in a peroral liquid preparation with solubility in other medicines increased. SOLUTION: (A) Ibuprofen, (B) one or more kinds of the second medicines such as an antihistamine, an antitussive, an expectoran, a sympathomimetic drug and a central stimulant, suitably anhydrous caffeine, caffeine, or sodium benzoate caffeine are dissolved in (C) a surfactant selected from the group consisting of POE sorbitan fatty acid ester, POE hardened castor oil and polyglycerol fatty acid ester at 50-60 deg.C, then cooled down to 20-30 deg.C. Further, water is added, mixed with stirring to dissolve the components A-B in water in the absence of OH<-> ion and the solution is encapsuled. The component C preferably has an HLP of 13-18. |
