PURPOSE: A high performance solidifier composition and its preparation method are provided, wherein the composition is used to improve the strength of the soil containing organic materials, a large amount of moisture and/or heavy metals without the generation of crack. CONSTITUTION: The solidifier composition comprises 100 parts by weight of sodium silicate mixed with porous ceramic; 40-70 parts by weight of bentonite; 30-60 parts by weight of coumarone-indene resin; 20-50 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 8-15 parts by weight of sodium sulfate; 10-15 parts by weight of calcium sulfate; 12-15 parts by weight of aluminum sulfate; and 2-5 parts by weight of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate. Preferably the sodium silicate has a particle size of 40 micrometer or less and is mixed with porous ceramic in the ratio of 1:1 by weight; and the coumarone-indene resin has a particle size of 150-250 micrometers. |
