PURPOSE: Provided is a vinyl cover with seeds united as one which forms the seeds at the lower side of a vinyl cover member to cover heap of earth as one so that it increases users' convenience. CONSTITUTION: The vinyl cover with the seeds united as one is characterized by comprising the parts of: a vinyl cover body(110) which forms the vinyl cover member(100); plural water supply hoses(120) which are formed at both sides of the vinyl cover body to spray water supplied from outside uniformly; and a seed binding member(130) which is placed at the lower edge of the vinyl cover body.
