FIELD: reprocessing of blanks of thermoplastic material by the method of blowing-off. SUBSTANCE: the device has a closed conveyer belt, which forms a guiding device for the closed moving conveyer chain, which can be imparted a continuous movement, and which contains a great number of supporting and driving members (3,3a), that can carry the respective blanks with the aid of the respective plug grips, installation station and a removal station. The installation and removal stations are positioned so as to ensure installation of blanks on the plug grip and removal of them in the vertical position with the neck up. The supporting and driving members, in their turn, turn so that at the entrance in the conditioning device the respective blanks are in the vertical position with the necks down. Besides, the device has two horizontal sections located in the direction of conveyer motion, respectively behind the conditioning device and before the loading station. The mentioned two horizontal sections may be elongated and/or shortened to the preset length in accordance with the specific required time of passage of blanks of a definite type from the conditioning device to the removal station, however, the total length of the mentioned conveyer belt and chain should remain constant. EFFECT: the given device provides orientation and variation of orientation of blanks and makes them more effective, economic and reliable, as well as it ensures continuous regulated automized delivery of blanks to the machine for blowing-off without closing of stages, which may violate the continuity of delivery of blanks. 20 cl, 18 dwg
