PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicon-less, clean, and low-cost gasket using a release liner coated with fluororesin or acrylic resin for only one surface of a PET film and having an adhesive tape and a gasket base material integrated together. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer is provided on one surface of a plastic film or a nonwoven fabric, and the adhesive tape formed by stacking the release liner having the surface in the adhesive layer side alone of the PET film coated with fluororesin or acrylic resin on the adhesive layer, and the gasket base material formed of an elastic body are integrally formed together via the plastic film or the nonwoven fabric. The elastic body to be formed into the gasket base material has the density of 0.05-1.0 g/cm<3> and 25% compressive stress of 0.05 MPa-2 MPa.
