PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit inspection device and a circuit inspection method capable of inspecting easily and contactlessly the quality of the whole board including a wiring pattern of a board mounted with an integrated circuit. SOLUTION: This handy type inspection device 500 outputs an electromagnetic wave for supplying operational electric power from a main antenna 510 to an inspection circuit part, conducts data communication with a center unit 600 to receive an inspection procedure for board inspection, transmits the inspection procedure from an antenna part 520 to an inspection circuit part of a mounted IC, and receives an inspection result from the inspection circuit part.
