PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curing catalyst-containing cyanate ester composition having high storage stability under high-temperature high-humidity, low decomposition of a cyanate group and a high crosslinking reaction rate, and an insulation material containing the same. SOLUTION: A high storage stability under high-temperature high-humidity, and a high crosslinking reaction rate can be realized by using a composition comprising (a) a cyanate ester, a cyanate ester resin or their mixture, (b) a polysulfone resin and (c) an imidazole compound. Further, an insulation material using the composition is provided.
