PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinking agent which is used for producing a polyurethane foam, is a low-viscosity liquid at room temperature, excellent in handleability, and has high reactivity, and a process which makes it possible to quickly produce a flame-retardant polyurethane foam excellent in mechanical properties such as compressive strength. SOLUTION: The crosslinking agent for producing a polyurethane foam contains a bisphenol A derivative represented by formula (I) (wherein R<1> is H or methyl; and (m) is the average number of oxyalkylene molecules added and is 1 to 3) and a dialkanolamine compound represented by formula (II) (wherein R<2> is H or methyl; R<3> is a 1-18C linear or branched alkyl or a 2-18C linear or branched alkenyl; and (n) is the average number of oxyalkylene molecules added and is 1 to 3). The process for producing a polyurethane foam comprises reacting a polyol composition containing the crosslinking agent and a polyol component with an isocyanate component in the presence of a foaming agent and a catalyst. |
