METHOD FOR PRODUCING CELL CULTURAL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell cultural system reproducing a state of a lesion of a specific disease, and useful for evaluating the usefulness and transporting property of a medicine. SOLUTION: This method for producing the cell cultural system comprises a process of simultaneously culturing >=2 kinds of cell strain (e.g. macrophage and vascular smooth muscle cell) associated with the lesion formation of a mammalian animal disease (e.g. formation of arteriosclelotic lesion) in a same cell cultural container, while separating them e.g. with a cell filter.
