PURPOSE: A tape roller device for fixing strip of the outer coiling part of coil is provided to increase absorption property when absorbing a separation type tape supplied from a tape supplying machine onto a tape roller or adhering the separation type tape absorbed onto the tape roller to the strip of the outer coiling part of the coil. CONSTITUTION: In a tape roller device at one side of the outer circumference of which a roll gear engaged with a driving gear of a driving motor is installed, into the center of which an air inlet(116) formed suction shaft(115) is inserted, the suction shaft(115) is screw connected to an air suction pipe(140), and on the surface of which a plural absorption holes(206) are formed so that the tape roller device fixes strip of the outer coiling part of coil, the tape roller device comprises a guide part comprising a fixed guide(202) that is fixed by being connected to a fixed cap(201) at one end of the tape roller(207), and a rotation guide(208) which is contacted to the inner part of the fixed guide, and to one side of the lower part of which a gate bar(303) is connected; and a rotation sensing part comprising a position sensing sensor which is installed on the surface of a frame for supporting shaft of the tape roller to sense rotational position of the tape roller(207), and a plural brackets which are projected on the surface of gear of the tape roller so that the brackets are sensed by the position sensing sensor.
