PURPOSE: Provided is a method for culturing a mushroom mycelium using a tangerine concentrate to rapidly mass-produce the mushroom mycelium without further using any specific additives and further to extract functional components therefrom. CONSTITUTION: The method for culturing a mushroom mycelium using a tangerine concentrate comprises autoclaving a tangerine concentrate at 121 deg. C for 15 to 20 minutes, inoculating a mushroom seed into the tangerine concentrate as a culture medium and culturing the mushroom seed, wherein the culture medium is prepared by dissolving 5 to 30 volume% of the tangerine concentrate in 1 liter of water. The cultured mushroom mycelium is heated in 85 deg. C water and treated with ethanol to obtain precipitates, and its precipitates are freeze-dried. |
