PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the whole components of Anabaena to be effectively utilized and further to reduce the smell of a mushroom essence. SOLUTION: This healthy food contains powdery Anabaena and the mushroom essence. The method for producing the healthy food comprises treating the Anabaenas with hot water, adding ethanol to the treating liquid, and further adding the mushroom essence thereto. As a result, not only the extract of the Anabaena with the hot water but also the nutrient of the Anabaena can be ingested efficiently. |
