SOLUTION: A dynamic focusing electrode G3-1 is equipped with vibration suppressing parts 33 and 34 by beading processing in the circumference of a electronic beam passage hole 32, a plate surface, a planted part, or the like. As a result of this, the vibration of the dynamic focus electrode G3-1 is suppressed.
