PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential limitting-device allowing improvement of abrasion resistance and burning resistance. SOLUTION: In the differential limiting-device, working gear comprising side gears 7A and 7B and a pinion gear 6 is disposed in a differential gear case 2, sliding frictional resistance is generated by meshing reaction of the differential gear between the side gears 7A and 7B and the differential gear case 2, and a working limit force is provided by the sliding frictional resistance. Conical surfaces 8A, 9A, 8B, and 9B facing the differential gear case 2 and the side gears 7A and 7B, respectively are formed, cone rings 10A and 10B are disposed between the conical surfaces 8A, 9A, 8B, and 9B, and floating plates 11A and 11B made of a material softer than those of cone rings 8A and 8B and the conical surfaces 8A and 8B of the side gears 7A and 7B are disposed between the cone rings 10A and 10B and the conical surfaces 8A and 8B of the side gears 7A and 7B.
