PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an energy-curable resin composition having no reduction in physical properties even in dilution in low viscosity. SOLUTION: This energy-curable resin composition comprises a urethane (meth)acrylate (I) obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate mixture (A) which is prepared by reacting an aliphatic polyisocyanate (a1) with a polyol (a2) in the presence of a uretedione-forming catalyst, has 0.1-1,300 mPa.s viscosity, 20-50% ratio of the number of nitrogen atoms of uretedione group to the total nitrogen atoms, <=20% ratio of the number of nitrogen atoms of isocyanurate group to the total nitrogen atoms, 0.1-40%; ratio of the number of nitrogen atoms of urethane group and allophanate group to the total nitrogen atoms and 67-100% ratio of the number of nitrogen atoms of allophanate group to the number of nitrogen atoms of urethane group and allophanate group with a (meth)acrylate compound (B) containing one hydroxy group.
