The rubber elastic positioning element (5) which is attached to the body has a tongue-like positioning projection (6) which runs parallel to the swivel axis of the swivel part (eg luggage boot lid (1). Where several projections are provided the longitudinal extension of the parallel spaced projections is such that in the end closing position of the lid they adjoin by their free ends with friction engagement against the facing contact surfaces of the swivel part.
