APPARATUS FOR CHECKING DEPTH OF TAP HOLE USING ROTATION OF MUD GUN

PURPOSE: An apparatus for checking depth of tap hole using rotation of mud gun is provided in which the apparatus is capable of precisely measuring rotational movement of the mud gun rotationally operated and accurately measuring depth of the tap hole, and which has not any error of displacement at all and performs measuring work safely. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for checking depth of tap hole in which mud material is filled using a mud gun comprising a body having nozzle tip and an arm for rotationally operating the body around a rotational shaft part, the apparatus for checking depth of tap hole using rotation of the mud gun comprises a detection part(10) comprising a contact roller(11) that is rotated with the outer circumferential surface of the rotational shaft part being surface contacted with the contact roller(11) during rotational operation of the rotational shaft part, and light emitting and receiving sensors(14a,14b) which are perpendicularly arranged to the circumferential part of a floodlight disc(13) that is rotated along with the contact roller(11) so that the detection part(10) detects rotation amount of the floodlight disc(13); an operation part comprising a moving holder(32) for elastically supporting a roller holder(31) to which the contact roller(11) is rotationally supported to the side of the rotational shaft part, and a cylinder member(33) for horizontally reciprocating the moving holder(32) to the side of the rotational shaft part so that the operation part regulates contact between the roller holder(31) and the rotational shaft part; and a control part for displaying the transformed distance by transforming the counted pulse amount into distance after counting pulse signals generated from the sensor members(14a,14b).
