APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR INTEGRATING MASK STRETCHING, PANEL POSITION DETERMINING, AND WELDING DURING FLAT CRT MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for integrating a mask stretching, a panel position determining, and a welding during a flat CRT manufacturing process are provided to improve the iteration reliability of an apparatus by simplifying a calibration for integrating coordinates of a complicated mask and a panel. CONSTITUTION: A working area unit stretches a mask at a stretching die(7), determines the position of a panel, and performs a welding integration operation. A mask cart(17) and a mask cart transferring unit supply the mask to the working area unit. A panel cart unit(38) receives the panel to chuck it and determines the position thereof. A mask/panel camera units(2,18) determine the positions of the mask and the panel. A panel input/output units input the panel into the panel cart(38) and output a mask panel assembly from the panel cart(38) processed. A logistics conveyer unit supplies and disburses the panel. A rail path unit calculates a path of a rail. A controller unit controls the units.
