PURPOSE: A method for an electronic commerce using a payment card and a system thereof are provided to make a commodity price be paid from a buyer to a seller by paying selling details with the seller using a payment card for a sale, paying purchase details with the buyer using a payment card for a purchase, and checking payment contents by the payment cards. CONSTITUTION: In an electronic commerce method for a transaction between a buyer and a seller, order information is received from the buyer. An ordering information is transmitted to the seller corresponded to the order information. The seller prepares a delivery corresponded to the ordering information, and creates sale payment information by a payment card related to a price delivered by the seller. The delivery is reached to the buyer, and purchase payment information is created by a payment card related to the price. The transaction price is paid in accordance with the sale payment information and the purchase payment information.
