PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable high output amplifier with less internal power consumption. SOLUTION: The high output amplifier (20) is provided with a comparison amplifier that receives a setting voltage at one input (1), receives a feedback voltage from its output (2) at the other input and provides an output corresponding to the difference between a voltage of the one input and a voltage of the other input, a low pass filter means (C20) that receives an output of the comparison amplifier and applies low pass filtering to the output of the comparison amplifier to provide an output, a conversion means (Q5, Q6) that converts an output of the low pass filter means into complementary signals, and a push-pull output stage (Q3, Q4) that are driven by the complementary signals to provide an output of an output side voltage. The low pass filter means reduces increase in a through-current of the push-pull output means due to fluctuations in the load. Thus, the high output amplifier is realized where stable and internal power consumption can be reduced.
