摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-scheduling method for a shaver adopting the GCRA(generic cell rate algorithm) that can prevent the degradation of resolution as the rate of generated cell reaches a higher frequency band. SOLUTION: Parameters TET and E are updated as follows: when the relations Ta<=(TET+TAU) and E<0 holds, where Ta is a current time counted by a clock section, TET is updated to (TET+T); when the relations Ta<=(TET+TAU) and 0<=E hold TET is updated to (TET+T+1); when the relations (TET+TAU)<Ta and E<0 holds, TET is updated to (Ta-TAU+T); when relations (TET+TAU)<Ta and 0<=E hold TET is updated to (Ta-TAU +T+1); when the relation of E<0 holds, E is updated to (E+P1); and when the relation of 0<=E holds, E is updated to (E+P2).</p>
