PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display other information without occupying a screen area in the input field of extraction conditions and with less restriction. SOLUTION: A plurality of buttons corresponding to a specified item among a plurality of items comprising a database and one extraction condition input field are displayed on the same screen. When any one of a plurality of buttons is designated and the extraction conditions are inputted to the extraction condition input field, the inputted extraction conditions are executed to the specified item corresponding to the designated button.
