PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a roller in which the surface sink of an outer peripheral surface is prevented and which has a shape hardly damaging a die. SOLUTION: A plurality of supporting pieces 48 are projectingly formed from the inner peripheral surface of a guide roller 44. Therefore, spaces 49 are provided between the supporting pieces 48 and 48, and the surface sink produced on the outer peripheral surface of the guide roller 44 is prevented. The tip surface of a supporting piece 48 is projectingly formed at the stationary side die 52 of a mold 51 to mold the guide roller 44 by supporting the tip surface of the supporting piece 48 directly on a shaft 50. A pin 56 for a shaft hole for forming a shaft hole 44A in the guide roller 44 can be integrated with piece parts 58 for forming a supporting piece 48. Thus, the pin 56 and the piece parts 58 are reinforced and hardly damaged.
