A layer of ingredient powder (6) having thickness between 0.1-0.5 mm, is formed. Reactant liquid is blown to the layer in the form of drops to harden a portion of the ingredient powder. Forming and blowing process are repeated to stack number of the layers having hardened portions (62), so as to form an implant from stacked portions.
