A layer of ingredient powder (6) having thickness between 0.1-0.5 mm, is formed. Reactant liquid is blown to the layer in the form of drops to harden a portion of the ingredient powder. Forming and blowing process are repeated to stack number of the layers having hardened portions (62), so as to form an implant from stacked portions. An Independent claim is also included for the implant.
