PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent repetitive power supply and interruption to a driving target in short times due to fluctuations in battery voltage thereby providing a controller for an opening and closing body capable of preventing a decrease in the life of the parts. SOLUTION: When a starter motor or the like is started in a state where an accessory switch 20 is in ON-state and a motor 11 is stopped, battery voltage Vb drops and frequently fluctuates temporarily. When a detected voltage Vs detected by a microcomputer 16 becomes lower than the first reference voltage Vs1 for the first time, the microcomputer 16 changes the control signal SG1 from L level to H level and interrupts the power supply to Hall IC's 31 and 32. Then, if the battery voltage Vb exceeds a second reference voltage Vs2 of a higher potential than the first reference voltage Vs1, then the microcomputer 16 sets the control signal SG1 from H level to L level and the power supply to the Hall IC's 31 and 32 is reset. |
