The half shell (10) has two end faces (12) connected by a half-cylindrical base surface (14) on which semi-circular arc-shaped inserts (20,22) are fixed. Each (20) has two diametrically opposing end faces (28) flush with the end faces of (10). Each (28) of (10) has a recess (30) for each (20) adjacent to (14) and each insert end face has a further (30).
