PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide UV ink having good foil laminating property and overprint varnish processability and a printed matter printed with the UV ink. SOLUTION: This UV ink contains fine-powder lubricant therein. This printed matter is printed by using the UV ink and the printed matter has good foil laminating property and overprint varnish processability.
