SOLUTION: In the microchannel chip 10 provided with a very small flow channel 11 through which the liquid flows and which has a very small equivalent diameter, a low affinity part 16 whose affinity to the liquid is lower than that of the inner wall surface of the flow channel 11 is formed in a part of the inner wall surface of the flow channel 11, and the low affinity part 16 is constituted of an affinity change member whose affinity degree is changed according to temperature change.
