APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING PARTIALITY AND COHESION OF SLUDGE IN SUPERFICIAL LAYER PART OF MEDIA LAYERS OF HIGH FLOW FILTER

PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to smoothly perform regenerating process in a tank in which media layers are stacked, and prevent outflow of filtering sand of the media layers and collapse of the media layers in advance by preventing partiality and cohesion of sludge of the superficial layer part of the media layers in a high flow filter. CONSTITUTION: In a facility for filtering wastewater by penetrating wastewater into media layers stacked into a tank, the apparatus for preventing partiality and cohesion of sludge in the superficial layer part of the media layers of a high flow filter comprises an ascending and descending part(10) for vertically moving a moving block(13) that is vertically movably assembled into an inner hole(11a) of a hollow fixed block(11) fixed to the tank by driving force of a first motor(15); a rotation part(30) which is consisted of a hollow rotation shaft(31) that is rotationally assembled into an inner hole(13a) of the moving block(13), and which rotates the rotation shaft(31) in a direction by driving force of a second motor(35), wherein the upper part of the rotation shaft(31) is connected to an air supply line(33) having a bubble valve(33a) by means of a rotary joint to supply air into an inner hole of the rotation shaft(31); and an air ejection part(50) which is connected to the lower part of the rotation shaft(31) and equipped with a distribution header(51) having a plural nozzles(53) horizontally to the superficial layer part to eject air toward the superficial layer part side of the media layers inside the tank.
