PURPOSE: An indoor cycle sporting equipment is provided to strengthen muscle of ankles by pedalling a cycle and activating a movement of ankles. CONSTITUTION: The indoor cycle sporting equipment includes a pedal(30), an axis of rotation(31), an eccentric roller(33) and a foot plate(40). The axis of rotation(30) combines with the eccentric roller(33) and rotates the pedal(30). The foot plate(40) of the pedal(30) moves up and down in the right direction of the axis of rotation(31). A moment of a movement goes to the user's ankles. The pedal(30) has a inner space(30a) and a projected bracket(30b). The inner space(30a) has the eccentric roller(33) fixed by a key. The projected bracket(30b) combines with the foot plate(40) by a pin(42) and a hinge(41).
