PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed amount feeder for a foodstuff, with which the fixed amount of the foodstuff is supplied with leaving an approximately original form as it is without crushing and kneading the foodstuff. SOLUTION: This fixed amount feeder has constitution that three-way routes 1-3 are arranged at the bottom of a hopper 4, the first route 1 is connected to the hopper 4 and the second route 2 is used as a route for fixed amount delivery of the foodstuff. A measuring piston 6 is inserted into the third route 3 so as to reciprocate the measuring piston between a suction stroke (a) and a force feed stroke b. A vacuum pump 13 for making the inside of the third route 3 in negative pressure by sucking air through a minute air route 12 is connected to the third route. When the first route 1 is connected to the third route 3, the measuring piston 6 operates suction and the foodstuff M is sucked from the first route 1 to the third route 3 by the suction action of the measuring piston and the suction action by the vacuum mump 13. When the third route 3 is connected to the second route 2, the foodstuff M in the third route 3 is quantitatively sent to the second route 2 side by the measuring piston 6 under pressure. |
