PURPOSE: An ultrasonic meter for measuring a flaw of a tire is provided to reliably measure the flaw inside and outside the tire and transformed status of a code without damaging the tire. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic meter for measuring a flaw of a tire includes a generating element(10) generating ultrasonic signals, an ultrasonic signal transmitting element(20) connected to an ultrasonic converter(21) converting the ultrasonic signals into ultrasonic waves and transmitting the ultrasonic signals to the side of a tire(70), an ultrasonic signal receiving element(30) connecting an ultrasonic converter(31) to an ultrasonic signal receiving part(40), wherein the ultrasonic converter contacts with the other side of the tire for converting the ultrasonic waves into the ultrasonic signals, an A/D converter(50) connected to the ultrasonic signal receiving part for converting the analog signals into the digital signals, a computer(60) connected to the A/D converter for displaying the signal on a screen and storing data.
