PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to attach a filter unit from the outside of a box, to reduce the number of processes for forming holes and to improve workability. SOLUTION: Insertion holes 4c are formed at four corners of a frame part 4b of a filter unit 1, and attaching screws 8 are passed through the insertion holes 4c from the front face of the frame part 4b and fixing tools 7 are turnably screwed to the rear face of the frame part 4b. Rotation stopping parts 4d are each arranged in a protruding condition in the neighborhood of each fixing tool 7 at the rear face of the frame part 4b, and the attaching screws 8 are fastened. When each fixing tool 7 is turned in the outside direction, the fixing tool 7 is brought into contact with the rotation stopping part 4d, thereby the rotation is inhibited. Further, when the attaching screws 8 are fastened, the fixing tools 7 move so as to approach to the frame parts 4b, and a side plate 6a of the box 6 is held by the frame part 4b and the curved part of each fixing tool 7 and thereby the filter unit 1 is fixed. |
