PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a process for killing stray cats and dogs by effectively recycling carbon dioxide that is used for killing them without exhaustion of the used carbon dioxide into the air and provide an apparatus and a process for recovering carbon dioxide used in killing the cats and dogs. SOLUTION: The apparatus for killing stray cats and dogs mainly comprises the gas feeder 1, the cats and dog-killing chambers 2 and the used gas purifier 3. The small animals, for example, stray cats and dogs A received in the animal- killing chambers are euthanatized by using carbon dioxide fed from the gas feeder 1. The gas used for killing the animals s recovered, then purified by means the purifier 3 and recycled. |
