PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a sender of an e-mail has to confirm each of notices of opening the e-mails sent back from destinations in order to confirm if the e-mails are opened at every one of the destinations. SOLUTION: A transmission terminal 10 lets an outgoing list generation processing part 2 generate the outgoing list in a list form for information regarding terminals 11-15. In the meantime, reception terminals 11-15 let an opening notice processing part 3 send back the notice of opening to the transmission terminal 10 if the e-mails are opened. The transmission terminal 10 generates a sent back list in the list form for the information regarding the terminals from which the notice of opening is sent back, a collation processing part 5 extracts the terminals which are listed on the outgoing and not on the sent back list by collating the outgoing list with the sent back list at every designated timing or any given timing. This extracted information is outputted so as to be displayed by an output processing part.
