PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a service provider support system, a support system management server, a program for controlling the supporting system, and a Web page dedicated to the user in which a user and a service provider can negotiate on usage of the service through internet,; and to provide a Web page link system, a server for managing the link system, and a program for controlling the link system which can automatically link the page to the Web page provided by the service provider. SOLUTION: The service provider support system 1 is composed of a user terminal 2; a support system management server 3 which is a central part of this system and introduces the service provider at the request from the user of the system, creates a Web page dedicated to the user, and links to a Web page of the service provider which is introduced to the user in this Web page; and a provider terminal 4 for the service provider to use this system. |
