A plastic molded hollow structure in the front section of a vehicle engine compartment wherein the engine compartment contains a vehicle radiator. The hollow structure comprises a hollow cross-car structure extending cross-car above/on the vehicle radiator and does not extend downward across the entirety of the radiator. The structure includes one or more storage chambers for fluid, one or a plurality of cut-out regions to accommodate other structures within said vehicle engine compartment, and attachment structure to support vehicle fascia.
