PURPOSE: A method is provided to reduce a starting time of a sensorless/brushless motor and a reverse rotation by restricting one phase of a sensorless/brushless motor using electromagnetic force by force, searching an initial starting location, and applying a pulse to start the motor. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of restricting power pulses are generated and applied to one phase of a sensorless/brushless motor(S110, S115). A restricting pulse power is increased(S120). It is judged whether a counter electromotive force is detected(S125). A rotator of the motor is moved to a desired direction(S135). A start pulse is off(S140). It is judged whether a reverse electromotive force is detected(S145). A synchronous pulse is generated and applied to a C shape of the motor to rotate the rotor of the motor(S150). The synchronous pulse is sequentially applied to C, A, B shapes of the motor(S160,S165,S170) so that the motor continues to rotate until a motor power supply is off(S175).
