PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible and highly durable heat-sensitive recording medium with such advantages that when a data vanishing case occurs, the lost part of the data can be covered because some part of the data remains unscathed and the data can hardly be forged because the data represent a part of the process and further, the data can be easily printed in both irreversible and reversible modes and that an existing layer can be used without creating an irreversible layer and the medium is easy to control by a printer. SOLUTION: In the reversible heat-sensitive recording medium with at least a heat-sensitive layer which is reversibly changeable depending on temperature, formed on a support, the irreversible bar code print (or a two-dimensional bar code print or a secret bar code print) which cannot be partially erased and a reversible bar code print, are represented by one bar code. |
