PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery-driven apparatus, having high electrical and mechanical reliability by completely retaining an electromagnetic vibrator on the housing of the apparatus and improving ease of incorporating it into the apparatus. SOLUTION: This apparatus includes a feeding terminal 13, electrically connected to a feeding land of the apparatus by being protruded from the case 12 of a vibrating motor 10, and an elastic body 20 covering at least part of the case 12. By ensuring pressure allowances of the elastic body 20 and the housing 14 storing it, so that they become more than 0.1 mm in any of X, Y and Z directions, the battery-driven apparatus with high electrical and mechanical reliability.
